I think my small Manhattan closet will require me to get something like this.  Seating + shoe storage = necessary.  I'm sure there's a cheaper option out there because this one is absurd.  But pretty.

Santa Monica, I like you.

I'm in Santa Monica, CA this week.  This place has the best July weather I have ever felt in my whole whole life.  It's been sunny, in the low 70's, with cool breezes.  It's a little surreal and now I know why people live out here.  I was a little confused beforehand.

We walked the pier, which obviously means we ate hotdogs as well.  Mom's had fritos and nacho cheese on top.  She is a classy lady.

I touched the Pacific Ocean for the first time!  That crap is cold.

The shopping out here is reeeeediculous.  And since I needed work clothes anyway, I only felt a little guilty after blowing my first six month's salary.  JK.  Kind of.

So pretty.  I have no idea how I'm getting these home.
